Exhibition space agreement

Introduction
This Lease Agreement is executed for the purpose of establishing the necessary infrastructure and platform for participation in the Metaverse Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Exhibition, as detailed in the following provisions.

Article One (Contracting Party)
Contracting Party: Individual/Company ___________________________ (Type of Company: ___________________________, governed by the laws of ________________, with registration number _____________________, registered at ____________________________, national identification number _____________________, economic code ________________, represented by ________________________ , born to _______________ with national identification number ________________, in the capacity of _____________________________, located at ___________________________ with email address ___________________________ and designated wallet number ___________________________ hereinafter referred to as the “Lessee” in this Agreement.

Article Two (Subject of the Agreement)
The subject of this Agreement is the lease of a virtual parcel of land measuring _______________ located at ________________ with the technical specifications ________________________________________________________ as described in the subsequent articles and in accordance with the standards of the AlfaExpo Metaverse for establishing a booth at the Metaverse Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Exhibition scheduled for 1 year (from 7 June 2024 to 7 June 2025).

Clause 1: The sole legal owner of the aforementioned land is AlfaExpo Metaverse. All material and intellectual property rights associated with this Metaverse are retained by it. Accordingly, only AlfaExpo Metaverse or its duly authorized representative possesses the authority and legal capacity to lease and assign its benefits.

Clause 2: The benefits derived from the land subject to this Agreement are exclusively granted to the Lessee for the specified duration. AlfaExpo has not entered into any lease agreements concerning said land with any other party.

Clause 3: The Lessee acknowledges that they are fully informed of all specifications concerning the land, including technical, aesthetic, location, and potential defects (detailed in Appendix 1 of this Agreement). The Lessee affirms that they have conducted an inspection of the leased property and possess no relevant ignorance regarding the described land, except for latent defects that could not be reasonably detected at the time of this Agreement. By this acknowledgment, the Lessee confirms the quantity, quality, and location of the leased property.

Article Three (Duration of the Agreement)
This Agreement shall be effective for the duration of the exhibition until the conclusion of the Metaverse Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Exhibition in June 2024. The Agreement commences upon the Lessee’s indication of acceptance of all its terms and conditions by checking the “I Accept” box at the end of this Agreement.

Clause 4: This Agreement shall be enforceable upon:
a) The delivery of a signed copy of this Agreement to the Lessee via the email address provided in Article One,
b) The transfer of the virtual land and its components to the Lessee,
c) The Lessee’s acceptance of the Agreement by checking the “I Accept” box at the end of the document.

Article Four (Extension of the Agreement)
The duration of this Agreement shall be extended by 14 days from the opening day of the Metaverse Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical Exhibition until the event concludes, unless the Lessee seeks to extend the lease period. In such a case, the Lessee must submit a written request titled “Request for Lease Extension” to the AlfaExpo support team via email, initiating the necessary actions to extend the lease of the virtual land at least 72 hours prior to the expiration of the initial contract duration.

Clause 5: If the Lessee successfully obtains the requisite legal permissions from AlfaExpo, following the necessary actions, the contract duration may be extended at a new fee determined by an expert assessment and under the conditions specified herein.

Clause 6: In the event of an extension, the Agreement and its terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

Clause 7: The official email address of the AlfaExpo support team for submitting the lease extension request is ___________________________.

Clause 8: The extension of this Agreement shall be executed by updating the original contract in the Lessee’s user panel.

Article Five (Delivery of Land)
The delivery of the land to the Lessee shall be conducted through their user panel on the AlfaExpo website. The land and its components shall be delivered under the following conditions within 72 hours after the execution of the lease:

  1. The specifications of the delivered land must conform to the technical specifications outlined in Article Two (Subject of the Agreement).
  2. Access to the user panel shall be provided to the Lessee within 72 hours following the signing of this Agreement.
  3. The GPS coordinates associated with the leased land shall be made available in the Lessee’s user panel within 72 hours following the signing of this Agreement.
  4. The GPS link of the land location will be uploaded to the Lessee’s user panel on the AlfaExpo website 48 hours prior to the commencement of the exhibition (48 hours before opening).
  5. The location of the purchased or designed exhibition booth for the Lessee will be allocated to the land location 72 hours prior to the commencement of the exhibition.
  6. Information concerning the website, security, social media, promotional banners, etc., will be made available at the booth 48 hours prior to the commencement of the exhibition.

Article Six (Location and Governing Law of the Agreement)
The jurisdiction for this Agreement is Istanbul, Turkey. The law of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions, governs all matters pertaining to this Agreement.

Article Seven (Rent Amount)
The amount payable by the Lessee for the lease of the virtual land, along with service costs related to the installation and setup of items and objects necessary for the oil, gas, and petrochemical exhibition referenced in the preceding article (delivery of land), and other rights and services (to be provided by the Lessee under this Agreement), is a fixed and lump-sum payment of ____________________ Tether (a cryptocurrency unit) in addition to ____________________ Tether as a guarantee for the proper, accurate, and timely fulfillment of the obligations stipulated in this Agreement, which must be deposited into the designated AlfaExpo wallet ________________.

Clause 9: Upon expiration of the contract duration, if a clearance certificate is issued by AlfaExpo and the Metaverse Insurance Unit, and there are no outstanding debts from the Lessee concerning rent, penalties for late payment, or other damages incurred by AlfaExpo, the guarantee amount shall be refunded to the Lessee.

Article Eight (Payment Method)
The Lessee shall deposit the rent amount into the designated wallet _______________ within 72 hours following the execution of this Agreement.

Clause 10: In the event of failure to deposit the rent amount by the payment deadline, the Lessee shall incur a penalty of _______________ Tether for each day of delayed payment.

Clause 11: Should the rent amount and penalty remain unpaid, this Agreement shall be terminated. The GPS link and the Lessee’s booth shall be suspended, and the land will be leased to another party.

Clause 12: All payments and fund transfers pursuant to this Agreement shall be conducted in cryptocurrency and in Tether.

Article 9 (Contract Terms)

  1. The June 2024 exhibition in the oil, gas, and petrochemicals sector will be conducted within the AlfaExpo metaverse. To uphold the exhibition’s integrity and specialized nature, it is imperative to avoid the presentation of irrelevant content. Participation in this exhibition, which is centered on the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry, mandates strict adherence to the subject matter. All content presented must align with the specified industry to maintain the exhibition’s relevance and integrity.

Clause 13: The legal or criminal liability for presenting any irrelevant content at the exhibition shall rest solely with the Lessee.

  1. The booth, objects, and other digital assets acquired by the Lessee from the AlfaExpo store will be recorded in their user panel. These items will remain within the Lessee’s user panel and under their ownership after the conclusion of the exhibition.
  2. The rented land, classified as a digital asset, will be temporarily loaded and will become inaccessible to the Lessee upon the exhibition’s conclusion.
  3. AlfaExpo serves exclusively as the sole provider of the metaverse exhibition platform. Consequently, the accuracy of the information uploaded to booths and the avatars of guides is the responsibility of the Lessee.
  4. For transactions and dealings conducted within the metaverse exhibition, the parties involved shall bear sole responsibility. AlfaExpo shall not intervene or assume any liability concerning such activities.
  5. In the event of disputes arising between exhibition participants, the AlfaExpo metaverse shall serve as the designated authority for resolving such disputes.
  6. Any additional services not expressly mentioned in this Agreement shall require a written request sent via email to the AlfaExpo support team.
  7. Following the execution of the rental contract, the GPS coordinates of the land will be dispatched to the Lessee’s email address. The provision of GPS coordinates ensures transparency in the contract and facilitates the Lessee’s access to their rights.
  8. The booths and necessary equipment are categorized as digital assets. These digital assets will be transferred to the Lessee’s wallet upon purchase from the AlfaExpo store. Following the exhibition, the rental contract will expire, rendering the land inaccessible to the Lessee. Nevertheless, the digital assets will remain in the Lessee’s user panel, confirming their ownership after the exhibition concludes.
  9. If the Lessee purchases equipment required for the exhibition booth, including advertising and management tools, from the AlfaExpo market, the rented land and designated booth will be enabled to provide the following services:

10.1. Provision of graphic standards as displayed in the website demo (view the demo at www.alfaexpo.co).
10.2. Ability to measure areas and access halls according to the demo version available at www.alfaexpo.co.
10.3. Capability to prepare and present videos in the format specified by the sales team for viewing by the Lessee or buyer during the land rental or booth purchase.
10.4. Ability to display environmental banners and standing banners.
10.5. Possibility of allocating a dedicated AI avatar for each booth.
10.6. Ability to display standard social media links belonging to each exhibiting company.
10.7. Possibility of installing a dedicated television for displaying booth information inside the booth.
10.8. Ability to install four-sided environmental televisions within each hall.
10.9. Possibility of deploying animated AI avatars in the external environment.
10.10. Ability to provide visitor information retrieval links.
10.11. Possibility of creating temporary seating and negotiation areas within the booths, subject to availability in pre-built booths.
10.12. Ability to install balloons and promotional stands in the outdoor area.
10.13. A list of required products for exhibition booths available in the AlfaExpo store is attached to this contract. If desired, the Lessee can purchase the desired products through the AlfaExpo support team and request the relevant services.

  1. At the time of land delivery, all land functions—including GPS coordinates, booths, facilities, and purchased objects—will be handed over to the Lessee in accordance with the conditions and specifications set forth in this contract, while adhering to AlfaExpo’s metaverse standards.
  2. All information regarding the rental will be sent to the Lessee’s email address as specified in Article 1. Additionally, the file will be uploaded to their user panel.
  3. The legal representative of AlfaExpo will be introduced to the Lessee. The Lessee is required to conduct all necessary coordination with the designated legal representative.
  4. The employees and workforce of the Lessee shall not be considered employees or workforce of AlfaExpo. Consequently, AlfaExpo bears no responsibility for the rights and obligations of these employees toward the Lessee or third parties.
  5. Should the Lessee purchase a staff robot, AlfaExpo commits to providing appropriate services for the staff robot. However, it bears no responsibility concerning the content provided by the robot.
  6. Upon request by the Lessee, AlfaExpo will furnish the necessary environments for final B2B negotiations.
  7. The responsibility for providing metaverse content and exhibition technology lies exclusively with AlfaExpo.
  8. Operational service standards are detailed on the website www.alfaexpo.co in the demo section.

 

Article 10 (Lessee Obligations)

  1. The Lessee and all their employees must possess the requisite technical skills, ethical standards, and exhibit respectful and appropriate behavior towards clients. In the event of inappropriate conduct that contravenes the customs, ethics, and principles of AlfaExpo’s metaverse (i.e., “Do no harm, and do not be harmed”), AlfaExpo will undertake one of the following actions:

1.1. A warning will be issued for the first offense to address the issue.
1.2. In the case of repeated behavior, harmful privileges that contribute to a detrimental environment will be revoked.
1.3. If compliance with the above warnings is not achieved, the contract may be unilaterally terminated.

  1. The Lessee does not possess the right to transfer the rental property, in whole or in part, to a third party. Therefore, the Lessee cannot wholly or partially assign this contract or their rights, obligations, or responsibilities under this contract to third parties, nor can they assign, transfer, or otherwise convey these rights or obligations. Any such transfer or delegation that contravenes this section shall be deemed void and a breach of the Lessee’s obligations, except for the transfer of the contract to a successor due to merger, acquisition, or sale of all assets.
  2. The Lessee shall not utilize the rented property for purposes other than those specified in this contract.

Note 14: Should the land be utilized for purposes other than those outlined in this contract, this contract will be immediately terminated. The booth’s activities will be suspended, and the GPS link and booth will be frozen.

Note 15: The intent of the contract is to lease land for establishing a metaverse exhibition booth to showcase products and services related to the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. Usage for other topics is strictly prohibited.

  1. The Lessee may not transfer their avatar, security codes, systems, or booth to a third party or permit others to use them.

Note 16: The Lessee must implement adequate measures to prevent misuse or breaches of this provision by their employees. Failure to do so will result in shared responsibility for any breaches of this section by both the Lessee and the respective employee.

  1. If the Lessee becomes aware that unauthorized individuals have accessed their security codes or online passwords, they must promptly notify AlfaExpo in writing via email. In such cases, AlfaExpo will implement necessary security measures, including suspending or freezing the user account, panel, and booth as deemed appropriate.
  2. AlfaExpo provides services 24 hours a day, every day of the week, including holidays. The Lessee has the right to utilize all exhibition facilities.

Note 17: Should the Lessee be unable to access metaverse services during the exhibition for any reason, AlfaExpo shall not be held liable.

  1. If the rented property has been granted in the name of a brand, the Lessee must provide proof of their representation to the AlfaExpo support team via the email specified in Article 1.
  2. The Lessee is entitled solely to use the rented space. They do not have permission to utilize other areas of the AlfaExpo facility. Should the Lessee wish to use other parts of the building, such as the B2B area, seminar hall, or workshop (as a speaker or negotiator), they must inform the AlfaExpo business department.

Note 18: It is recommended that the Lessee utilize AlfaExpo’s secure platforms for finalizing contracts and negotiations (such as the B2B room) to avoid potential harm or issues in unprofessional negotiation environments.

  1. Evaluating the technical qualifications of the Lessee’s employees before and during their work at the booth is the responsibility of the Lessee. AlfaExpo shall have no involvement or obligation regarding the technical qualifications or their evaluation.
  2. The Lessee commits to viewing the AlfaExpo exhibition space as an area for healthy and constructive interactions aimed at developing their technical services, facilities, and business technology. Furthermore, the Lessee pledges to conduct all their exhibition activities in a manner that fosters fair and ethical competition with other competitors, avoiding any actions that could harm other businesses or nearby booths (both physically and commercially).
  3. The Lessee is required to participate in the exhibition. Should they fail to attend or transfer their participation to a third party, AlfaExpo will revoke all access to the booth for both the Lessee and the third party. In this instance, the booth will be managed by an AI avatar until the end of the exhibition.
  4. The Lessee must adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of Turkey or any governing body relevant to work or site matters.
  5. The Lessee acknowledges and guarantees that all payments and money transfers made under this contract will not contravene any laws or regulations established to prevent money laundering.
  6. The Lessee is not authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of AlfaExpo with third parties or bind AlfaExpo to any obligations toward third parties.

Note 19: Should a contract be entered into with a third party, that contract will be rendered void. In such a case, if any damages arise to AlfaExpo or the third party due to the contract’s termination, the Lessee will be liable for compensating those damages.

  1. The Lessee must refrain from engaging in activities that would compete with AlfaExpo. Furthermore, they are obligated to avoid interference in matters related to the rental, acquisition of exhibition space, or other commercial activities covered by this contract. Should any interference or competition be detected, action will be taken in accordance with Article 14 (Enforcement Guarantees).
  2. The Lessee must conduct all financial transactions within the exhibition space exclusively through channels approved by AlfaExpo. Otherwise, both parties will bear sole responsibility for any unauthorized transactions.
  3. The Lessee may utilize the rented goods under their brand name without obstruction, provided they comply with the specified brand characteristics.
  4. The Lessee is obligated to adhere to all information provided to AlfaExpo. Unauthorized use or violation of the provided information will result in the removal of access for the business owner and associated avatars. Management of the booth will then be conducted by guide avatars until the end of the exhibition.

Article 11 (Metaverse Insurance)

The Lessee may cover potential defects and issues in the software and hardware of their booth, for which AlfaExpo has had no involvement, under metaverse insurance by paying a small fee.
Note 20: The request to utilize and purchase insurance for the metaverse exhibition booth is the Lessee’s responsibility. If the insurance premium is not purchased, the Lessee will bear responsibility for any incidents resulting from hardware and software defects.

 

Article 12 (Force Majeure)

  1. Events that are unavoidable and beyond the control of a reasonable person are considered force majeure, and no one shall have any obligation or liability for the consequences of such events. In this case, the execution of the contract will be suspended, and the following actions will be taken:
    1.1. The Lessee must promptly inform the other party in writing via email about the issue. They must also make their best efforts to fulfill their obligations in the best possible manner with minimal delay until the obstacle is resolved.
    1.2. If the period of impossibility extends beyond 72 hours, the Lessee may terminate the contract after sending a written notice to AlfaExpo via email.
  2. If the rented property is needed for the development of technical services, enhancement of facilities, technology, or any changes in the metaverse environment, the new GPS link will be updated within 48 hours and uploaded to the user panel after notifying the Lessee in writing (via email). The Lessee is required to cooperate with the AlfaExpo support team in this regard.

 

Article 13 (Enforcement Measures)

  1. If the Lessee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions stated in this contract:
    1.1. For the first violation, they will be required to fulfill their obligations within 72 hours after receiving a written notice specifying the nature of the violation.
    1.2. If the Lessee persistently fails to fulfill their obligations under this contract for a second time, or commits a breach of any of the contract’s terms and does not remedy it within 72 hours after receiving the written notice or take effective action to rectify it, access to the exhibition facilities will be restricted for the Lessee.
    1.3. If the Lessee does not comply with the conditions and provisions of the contract three times, this contract will be terminated. In addition:
    • a. The exhibition content will be evacuated.
    • b. The booth will be restricted from Lessee access and frozen.
    • c. The Lessee’s user panel will be frozen.
    • d. The GPS link to the land will be terminated.
    • e. Damages will be assessed and handled according to Article 14 (Termination of the Contract) and its related clauses.

Clause 21: Upon termination of the contract based on this article, the Lessee shall have no right to dispute, claim, or demand damages.
Clause 22: Written notice will be sent to the manager via the Lessee’s email at the address …………………..
Clause 23: The determination of any failure to fulfill obligations under this contract, the damages incurred, and the assessment of such will be the responsibility of AlfaExpo.

  1. The Metaverse Exhibition is part of the AlfaExpo building. This exhibition is solely a venue for showcasing services and products in the field announced by AlfaExpo. Other activities, such as negotiations, contract signing, or financial transactions, are prohibited. In the event of unrelated activities:
    2.1. Any unrelated activities, such as financial transactions by the Lessee, will be communicated to all participants.
    2.2. The unrelated activity will not be approved by AlfaExpo.
    2.3. The responsibility for any unrelated activities, including financial transactions, rests with the parties involved, and AlfaExpo assumes no liability, obligation, or guarantee in this regard.
  2. In case of:
    3.1. Committing any actions, whether active or passive, contrary to the laws of the AlfaExpo Metaverse, the provisions of this contract, norms, and ethics.
    3.2. Infringing on the privacy of other exhibitions and causing damages, whether material or moral, to them.
    3.3. Engaging in any behavior (which, according to the governing law of the contract in the real world, is considered a crime) by the Lessee or any third party who has accessed the Lessee’s facilities for any reason in the exhibition and the AlfaExpo Metaverse, the responsibility will lie with the Lessee.

Clause 24: In case of fulfillment of the above points, action will be taken according to the provisions of Article 6. Furthermore, this enforcement measure does not prevent the injured party from pursuing legal action under the governing law of the contract and does not relieve the perpetrator of legal or criminal responsibility.

 

Article 14 (Termination of Contract)

The contract shall terminate for any of the following reasons:

  1. Expiration of the contract duration and no request for renewal.
    Clause 25: Upon the completion of the exhibition period (contract period), the link to access the exhibition will be terminated for the Lessee. In this case, the Lessee will not be able to access the exhibition through their expired link.
  2. Termination of the contract for any of the reasons stated in this contract.
  3. Termination of the contract by AlfaExpo:
    3.1. In the event of any violation or the need to reclaim the premises before the expiration of the contract term, after a written notice, the contract will be terminated, and the Lessee’s engagement will cease. The Lessee shall have no right to contest this. In case of damages, AlfaExpo will recover the incurred damages from the security deposit or through the sale of the Lessee’s booth.
    3.2. If it is determined at any time that the Lessee has transferred the subject of the contract to a third party or has neglected their duties, or for any reason refuses to fulfill the contract, AlfaExpo reserves the right to terminate the contract and seek damages (according to relevant regulations) to prevent the loss of its rights, and the Lessee shall have no right to contest this.
  4. Termination of the contract by the Lessee: In this case, the Lessee must notify AlfaExpo in writing and via email of their intention and reasons at least ……… days prior to the termination.
    Clause 26: The process of terminating the contract must occur after the expiration of the period mentioned in this clause and after full settlement of accounts.
    Clause 27: Full settlement includes items such as payment of rent and late payment penalties, damages incurred by AlfaExpo, including fixed damages, actual damages, delay in performance of obligations, non-fulfillment of obligations, etc., from the date of contract signing until the date of contract termination.
    Clause 28: Settlement will occur from the security deposit mentioned in Article 6. If the aforementioned deposit is insufficient for settlement and the Lessee fails to pay the remaining debt, AlfaExpo reserves the right to recover all claims by selling the Lessee’s booth and transferring the remaining sale proceeds to the Lessee’s dedicated wallet mentioned in Article 1.
    Clause 29: If the subject of the contract is canceled by the Lessee during the 14-day exhibition period, all costs incurred regarding the contract by AlfaExpo will be calculated, and if these costs exceed the total amount of the contract, the Lessee must pay the calculated amount upon termination to AlfaExpo. In the event of non-payment, AlfaExpo may proceed with the continuation of that booth in the exhibition without the Lessee’s right to contest.
    Clause 30: Termination of the present contract by the Lessee does not exempt the Lessee from the obligations that have been violated, nor does it absolve them from any responsibility incurred (including payments) or liability for their breach of obligations under this contract.
    Clause 31: Upon termination or expiration of this contract, all rights and obligations assigned under this contract will cease to exist.

 

Article 15 (Retention)

The provisions of Articles 27, 26, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 16, and 17 will remain valid after the termination of this contract.

 

Article 16 (Compensation for Damages)

The following compensation measures apply:

  1. If damages are caused to AlfaExpo or third parties due to actions attributable to the Lessee, representatives, employees, or related third parties, the Lessee must compensate all damages with the assistance of an expert.
  2. If termination of the contract by the Lessee causes damages to AlfaExpo or third parties, the Lessee is obliged to compensate the damages resulting from the termination with the assistance of an expert.
  3. In case of delay in fulfilling obligations (as per Article 11, Clauses 1-1 and 2-1), the Lessee must pay ………. Tether as a fixed compensation to AlfaExpo.
    Clause 32: Should the Lessee refuse to compensate for the aforementioned damages, the incurred damages will be recovered from the security deposit or from the sale of their booth.

 

Article 17 (Dispute Resolution Method)

In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of the contract provisions, the matter will first be resolved through direct negotiations between the parties. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to AlfaExpo as the authority for resolution.

 

Article 18 (Entire Agreement)

Except for provisions explicitly stated otherwise herein, the terms of this contract constitute the entire agreement concerning the subject matter. Prior or simultaneous representations, motivations, promises, or agreements, whether oral or otherwise, shall have no obligation or effect, provided the Lessee cannot exempt from liability for fraud.
This contract will be amended through updates to the initial version in the Lessee’s user panel.

 

Article 19 (Independent Legal Personality)

Under this contract, the Lessee is considered an independent legal entity/person.

 

Article 20 (No Partnership, Employment, or Representation)

This contract does not create a partnership or joint venture. The Lessee is not considered a representative, employer, or employee of AlfaExpo, except in cases explicitly stated in this contract.

 

Article 21 (Language of the Contract)

This contract has been negotiated and signed in English. If translated into other languages for convenience or other purposes, the English version shall prevail.

 

Article 22 (Priority of Documents)

In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the contract and its appendices, the provisions of the contract shall take precedence.

 

Article 23 (Severability)

If any one or more provisions of the contract are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected. Any such provisions will be amended, as necessary, to make them enforceable. In this case, any invalid or unenforceable provision will be treated as severed from the contract, and the remaining contract will be interpreted and enforced as if it did not contain that invalid or unenforceable provision.

 

Article 24 (Non-Exclusivity)

This contract does not grant exclusive rights to the Lessee and preserves AlfaExpo’s right to enter into contracts with other companies for similar and related developments.

 

Article 25 (Non-solicitation)

During the term of this contract and for one year after its expiration, the Lessee agrees not to hire any employees of the other party.

 

Article 26 (Confidentiality)

The Lessee acknowledges that, except for information exempt from disclosure, the content of the contract is not confidential.

Article 27 (Intellectual Property Rights)

AlfaExpo holds or possesses sufficient legal rights to all trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, trade secrets, licenses, information, and other proprietary rights and processes necessary for its business without infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.

 

Article 28 (Number of Articles in the Contract)

This contract is drafted on the date of ……….. at the hour of …………, comprising twenty-eight articles and thirty-two notes, and will be sent to the Lessee via email after signing. The provisions of the contract will be definitive and enforceable upon signing.
