In June 2017, Mirza Baba Moteharnijad was elected as the president of the association, and after his death, Mohammadreza Haghighi was chosen as the new president. In February 2020, Khosro Rafiei was elected as the president of the Iran Public Relations Association. The association also owns the Public Relations Monthly.
